We have been busy with several activities in our area meeting, greeting sharing and teaching eager ~new and old~ fiber (and rabbit) lovers. At our booths, quite a few ask us questions on the ins and outs of rearing fiber animals, their feeds, as well as the many and varied ways of working with their glorious fluff! Several are so eager to glean they ask to tour our homestead and get ideas for their own fiber pursuits. We love encouraging and supporting families in these endeavors and this is precisely why we take time to keep our humble website and work to be involved in several public venues...
Like you, our home is our quiet place of family work, study and relaxation. We aren't set up to accommodate the public and because we are so often busy with those many and frequent tasks associated with heritage skills and natural animal rearing, our schedules do not accommodate openings for tours. Instead, we strive to make appropriate time to meet you, in a fun setting, bringing all our gear, setting it up in an appealing manner, and inviting you to share some time with us; experiencing a fun activity, learning something new or just having quiet time with an angora rabbit.
With the Lord's help, our goal is and will always be, to inspire your wholesome and fulfilling endeavors to the best of our abilities. Thank you for supporting us where ever we may be!
And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing. 1Thessalonians 4:11-12
