Kombucha Scoby ~ a.k.a. 'Mothers' or 'Babies'
A scoby is A Symbiotic Culture Of (friendly) Bacteria & Yeast. We ferment ours in an organic green tea, organic sugar and spring water solution. Your healthy scoby swims in its own 'starter' waiting to be added to your custom 'sweet tea' and after about a week's ferment (although two weeks is PRIME), you'll be savoring your delicious 'home grown' Kombucha!
